Designs Non-Disclosure Policy
As a company, we are happy and proud of you have as a customer. Delivering the best services is one of our core values that is better than anyone else, we believe in constructive competition. We have posted our previous work as our portfolio on our social media accounts and present it on the website.
Confidentiality
Our company maintains client records as confidential and therefore will not be revealed to any third party, other than our agents and manufacturer/suppliers. Any information that is collected via our website is only reviewed internally and never discarded. Your trust is important to us, and we will not do anything to violate that trust.
Delivery Charges and Others
Our company works with FedEx, DHL, and Sky net Courier as are our primary carriers. Please be aware that DHL and FedEx Priority mail may take up to 5 to 6 days to arrive. We are responsible to make your stuff and handover to DHL or FedEx, We do not take responsibility for guaranteed delivery, the guarantee of delivery of your order is undertaken by the shipping company who provides us the tracking information.
It’s our client’s responsibility to get in contact with the shipping company once we have given you the tracking information of shipped stuff.
Delays in Delivery
To avoid any delays in the delivery it’s your responsibility to ensure all contact details including the delivery address are correct and that either you or a person nominated by you is available in-person to accept and sign for the delivery of the goods when they are delivered to your address.
Refund Policy
It’s our responsibility to follow the specifications as instructed by the customer at the time of order. Any changes during the production are not acceptable. We DONOT accept any returns or refunds for any customized apparel at all once the order has been placed or shipped. Our team takes pictures of the ready stuff; we offer video conference or anything that would be possible to show you your followed specifications.
Fabric Specification
Ribble Sports offers maximum customization possible for any product, meanwhile for smaller quantities and samples; we buy similar fabric from the market according to the requirements e.g. color or thickness of the fabric. We try to match the specifications as close as possible depending upon the availability in the market at that time.
Commencement of Turnaround
Our turnaround is from 2 weeks to 3 weeks depending on the nature of the order and the number of units ordered. The actual turnaround time commences from the day you approve the order summary that will be sent out to you within 24 hours of your payment. Customers are required to thoroughly revise the order summary as no changes can be made to it once it has been forwarded to the production department.
Delays in Production
As we know communication is the key and leading factor in every business, the speed of your Production, completely depends upon the communication that is kept with our representative. At Ribble sports we give emphasis on small details; we pause or stop the production process if we need any information and waiting for approval from the customer and this increases the production time that we give to our customers.
